Hi, I’m Amanda — the heart behind Amanda Milo Photography!

First and foremost, I’m a proud mother of three, and my children are truly my entire world. Family means everything to me, and so much of who I am — both personally and professionally — is rooted in the love I have for them. I’m a big believer in soaking up every little moment because time has a way of moving far too fast.

When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me enjoying the little things I love most — traveling, date nights, family vacations, coffee, anything sweet, and making memories with the people I love. I’m also someone who loves to laugh, stay adventurous, read when I can, and yes… I absolutely love TikTok! I’d describe myself as funny, down-to-earth, and easy to connect with, which is something I always hope my clients feel the moment they meet me.

Photography started as a hobby for me — something I genuinely loved and felt drawn to. Over time, that passion grew into something so much bigger, and I made the decision to turn it into my career. It has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life.

What I love most about photography is the client connection. I truly enjoy meeting new families, building relationships, and especially working with new parents during such a special and emotional season of life. There is something incredibly meaningful about helping families capture milestones that pass by in the blink of an eye — from newborn snuggles and first birthdays to growing families and everything in between.

Before photography, I spent most of my career working in the medical field, especially in Pediatrics. That experience shaped so much of who I am today. Working with children and families every day gave me a front-row seat to just how quickly time passes and how fast each stage of life comes and goes.

Someone once told me, “Don’t blink, because if you do, your kids will be all grown up.”

And honestly… I truly feel that in my heart.

As a mom, I understand that deeply. One day you’re rocking your baby to sleep, and before you know it, they’re blowing out birthday candles, losing teeth, and growing into their own little personalities. It all happens so fast.

That’s why photography means so much to me.

Photography freezes those moments — the tiny details, the laughter, the love, the chaos, the beauty — so you can hold onto them forever. Long after the stage has passed, your photos become a way to revisit the feeling of that season and remember just how special it was.

My goal is always to create a space where you feel comfortable, cared for, and celebrated — while capturing memories that feel authentic, beautiful, and full of heart.
